More Mindful Moments

A bit of visual inspiration for my ongoing practice of mindfulness.

Every day I aim to ...

... find the magic in the everyday, chase the rainbow astride my sparkly unicorn

... just be in the moment, step outside my brain and embrace the moment

... be courageous and stay present in the moment even when I may not like what is happening. By gently embracing pain, sadness, anger, loss, fear, etc I can develop resilience and live a fuller life.

As I said at the start - 'Everyday I aim to ...' practice these simple concepts. Thankfully I am still young and have many years of practicing left, who knows - I may even get it right one day ;)
