My vision is to create 'Comfort Zone Studios', a safe and sacred space for women to engage in true transformational healing and shift their higher levels of being.
My vision is to see a thriving community of women who have taken back control, and continue to transform and build their ideal lives using my team's coaching and a hub of holistic health and wellness services.
My vision board has the goal achievement date of 21st March 2028, to be standing in the foyer of my repurposed heritage building discussing the full schedule with our reception team, seeing the coaching and consulting rooms all in action, and a stream of participants coming in for the next post lunchtime yin yoga session. As I continue looking around I notice the Business team having a collaboration meeting in the outdoor picnic / meeting space, our house Chef in the garden gathering supplies for tomorrows lunch, and 1 to 1 boxing session underway in the workout space ... a happy contented grin is plastered across my face, my body feels light and fully energised, what a magnificent way to live my life's work.
My philosophy is to reach our fullest potential in life and thrive every day, we need to engage our whole selves - our brain, our emotions, our physical health, the way we move, the food we consume, our village or community, our relationships, and the more material aspects of wealth and security.
I have a burning desire to help women take back control of their lives, to break free from past trauma or a current lifestyle that doesn't serve the real you. I want women to experience the same exhilaration and sheer joy I have found since committing to a fearless pursuit of who I really am, and not allowing myself to be dictated by other people's expectations and versions of me.
My purpose is to help you to find your real you; support you as you untangle your past and release yourself from limitations and and find the freedom to be the amazing person you were born to be.
