This journey of stepping into my sovereignty, of really engaging and flowing with my feminine energy has been a blast so far. I am overcoming conditioning from my childhood, beliefs I have built up from past experiences, stories I have created to justify my masculinity, and masks I have adopted to protect me. This was all ok and made sense when I was in my frozen state, but now I am ready to bloom in my full girly glory and May seems like a good month to do it.
For the month of May I want to step it up a notch and focus living my femininity. My intention is to live out these 3 areas of focus each day, and post my outcomes on my Instagram story:

Walking in nature every day, stopping more often to appreciate the little treasures
Get in touch with my ‘inner seasons’ and adjust my work schedule to fit into the flow
Dance like no one is watching
Sensual discovery, take time to enjoy my body as a woman
Rediscover the moon this month
Eat ‘feel good’ food that is good for me, not just ‘food for fuel’
Soul
Swap out my standard blacks and greys and introduce soft, feminine colours into my wardrobe
Bring back jewellery, maybe do something with my hair
Free days
Get the knitting back out, and gift the results
bring Mother Nature in with more plants
Candles. More candles and assorted smelly delights
